Weight Room Attention all students in grades 7-12: The weight room will be open at 6:00 a.m. every Tuesday through Friday on days we have school starting next week on Tuesday, November 3. There is no registration or fee needed to participate.
End of Quarter #1 Today is the end of quarter #1. Do your very best to finish strong in all of your classes!
7th and 8th Grade Girls Basketball Attention all 7th and 8th grade girls basketball players, your first practice is next Tuesday, November 3. Make sure you have an updated physical and are completely registered and paid in Bound before next week.
Veterans Day Supply Drive NHS is partnering with the Blue Star Moms to support their annual Veterans Day Supply Drive! A list of requested donation items will be placed in advisors' mailboxes to share with students. Please help us spread the word and encourage students to donate. All collected items should be brought to advisory and will be collected on November 10th. Thank you for helping us support this meaningful cause and supporting our military service members!
Prom Attention Prom Committee and any interested junior: There will be a prom meeting on Tuesday, November 3 right after the morning announcements in B100. We hope to see you there!
Triple A Award Attention Seniors: The MSHSL Triple A application form has been sent to you via email. The Triple 'A' Award, honors high school seniors throughout the state who have a 3.0 or higher-grade point average and who participate in League-sponsored athletic and fine arts activities. Applications are due in the office by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 4.
Football Playoffs Braham will play in the Section 7A Football semifinals at Mountain Iron-Buhl on Saturday, October 31 with a 2:00 start time. Ticket Sales are CASH ONLY.
Volleyball Playoffs Braham will host United Christian Academy on Monday, November 2 at 6:00 p.m. in the Section 4A Volleyball playoffs. Tickets are $10 each and must be purchased online by visiting the Braham School website or Facebook page. Volleyball Playoffs are run by Region 4A, therefore, no students or staff get in for free, unless you are in pep band or working the event.
Cross Country The Section 5A Cross Country results: Audi Shockman took 9th place (5th Individual) and is headed to State! She also broke the girls school record with a time of 19:41.8. The previous record was 20:08.8 set by Audi earlier this year at Princeton. Aiden Ward took down the school record as well with a time of 17:37.4. The previous record was Pendleton Sullivan from 2016 with a time of 17:44.9. Varsity Girls finished in 8th place: Audi Shockman 9th place (Lifetime PR, School Record, State Bound), Sayler Swanson 27th place, Piper Anderson 40th place, Madelyn Eklund 81st place (Lifetime PR), Nevaeh Fix 86th place, Makenna Heath 90th place, and Kylie Muchow 96th place. Varsity Boys finished in 14th place: Aiden Ward 24th place (Lifetime PR, School Record), Logan Betsinger 74th place (Lifetime PR), Henry Asleson 87th place (Lifetime PR), Dexter Floding 89th (Lifetime PR), Levi Edwards 104th place (Lifetime PR), Blake Swanson 111th place (Lifetime PR), and Tycen Woods 114th place (Season Best). The State Cross Country Meet is next Saturday, November 7th and Audi will run at 12:15 PM at Majestic Oaks Golf Club. Good luck Audi!
